What is the process?
Step 1: We agree on a price for your home
No more low-ball offers. Together, we will come to an agreement on a price you are happy with selling your home for.
Step 2: Renovations
We cover all agreed upon costs needed to upgrade your home. In addition to funding, we manage the renovation project. Being worry free doesn't mean your not in the loop. We will continuously update you from beginning to end.
Step 3: We close escrow
Your home gets sold. You get paid our agreed upon price and we get reimbursed the costs for the renovation.

How much will it cost me?There are no out of pocket costs. We cover all agreed upon repairs and upgrades for your home and manage the project for you. After your home is sold, you will receive our agreed upon price.

Do I have to pay back the renovation costs?At closing, we get reimbursed the costs of renovation.

What if my home doesn't sell?If your home hasn't sold after 90 days, guarantee you an offer.

How long will repairs/upgrades take?Repairs can take anywhere between 2 weeks and 6 months depending on your unique situation.

How long will it take for my home to sell?Even though the renovations will help your home sell faster, the market conditions determine how quick your home will sell. Our goal is to get your home sold as quick as possible.
